Matt and I ventured out to go shutterbuggin' together tonight, toting along both cameras. I "let" him "borrow" my Canon and I got re-acquainted with my old friend, Fujifilm. We decided to head out to the older side of town, where there's train tracks and usually trains sitting there (thanks for the inspiration, Rex and Sara!). We had fun just wandering around and snapping, taking turns standing by the car with Robby, who wasn't too thrilled that he was not involved in this process. I found it very interesting that Matt and I both had the same exact subjects to shoot, yet we both came up with completely different pictures. Just unique perspectives, I suppose. I'm in the process of talking him into getting his own Flickr account, as he has outgrown me and is on his way to being a great photographer, deserving of his own account and name.
