Baby Nolan

Ohhhh! I love this gift God has given me!
A sweet friend from high school contacted me via Facebook and asked me if I could do family and newborn sessions. At that point, she was still fairly-newly pregnant. I freaked. It's been several YEARS since I last photographed a newborn and I had never been brave enough to try it outside of the studio. I voiced my concerns, but my friend insisted. I'm so glad I said "yes"!
We had a slight kink in our plans a couple days prior to our session. My friend's daughter ended up with pink eye and couldn't participate in the family portion. So, we decided to go ahead with the newborn part. Today's session went amazing smooth, despite the wind, two breaks for feedings, and my nervousness. Nolan was such a sweet little guy, who slept through a good portion of it. Although, near the end, he was keeping one eye open and watching me intently. Pretty sure he was done with our time and was giving me the stink eye for bugging him so much! ;-)
